At The Woodshop, we pride ourselves on creating high quality custom woodworking that we build to withstand the test of time. We design, build, and install custom plantation shutters and exterior shutters to suit each customer’s design, tastes, and needs.

The Woodshop also offers custom kitchen and bathroom remodeling, including the installation of cabinets and custom wooden bookcases. We also create cover blocks, or Smokey Bear Hat Presses, for military and police organizations.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide superior custom woodworking services for our customers.  We set the standard for Plantation Shutters in South Carolina and the entire Low Country.  We recently expanded our portfolio to include kitchen and bath remodeling including custom cabinets.  Also available are armoire conversion, custom bookcases, refinishing and repairs.  For Marine Corps Drill Instructors and State Policemen, we have Cover Blocks commonly referred to

as Smokey Bear Hat Presses.  We have improved our assembly process and produce a more consistent quality hat press.
